Green Icy Frappe

Ingredients

  • ½ cucumber

  • ⅓ cup frozen mango

  • 2 cup coconut water

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1½ cup ice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients (leave a little mint out for garnish) to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth

  2. Pour into your two glasses and top with fresh mint!
