Green Icy Frappe

Ingredients
½ cucumber
⅓ cup frozen mango
2 cup coconut water
2 frozen bananas
¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 tsp lime juice
1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
1 cup baby spinach
1½ cup ice
Method
Add all the ingredients (leave a little mint out for garnish) to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth
Pour into your two glasses and top with fresh mint!
