Sunee’s content and services are made available subject to the following terms and conditions. By continuing to use this app, you are signifying that you consent to these terms as well as to any other Sunee rules, guidelines and policies which we publish on our website from time to time.

  1. No commercial use of Content

    All materials, including recipes, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are available on this app (collectively, the “content”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use and must not be re-sold, distributed or used directly or indirectly for your personal financial gain. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Sunee’s information or services, or use that information or service, except for personal or domestic purposes.

  2. Intellectual property

    You acknowledge that this app and all content is or may be the subject of Sunee’s intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trade marks. You must avoid any unauthorised use, reproduction, publication, communication, adaptation or translation of the content and you agree to indemnify Sunee in the event of any breach of this undertaking.

  3. No medical advice

    Sunee does not offer a medical service or provide medical advice. Our app focusses on the adoption of a healthy lifestyle but you should always seek medical attention if concerned about any lingering symptoms.

  4. General information

    The content on this app is provided for general information only and should be used responsibly. It should not be relied upon as sole basis for making decisions which have medical implications. Any reliance on the content for purposes other than your general wellbeing is at your own risk.

  5. Errors and omissions

    Content may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions with respect to information and promotions. Any such errors will be rectified immediately upon discovery. You are expected to use your own judgement in identifying and avoiding reliance upon anything which is an obvious error or omission, and we invite you to bring any such errors or omissions to our attention.

  6. No guarantee of currency

    We do our best to ensure that all content is current and reflective of contemporary industry knowledge and standards. We cannot and do not guarantee, however, that all content is complete and up to date.

  7. Historical materials

The app may contain certain historical information which we are aware is not current and which is provided for your reference only. We have no obligation to update content but we will use reasonable efforts to identify material which is of historical significance only. You are expected to use your own reasonable judgement in identifying material which is of historical relevance only or which is obviously no longer current.

8. Third party tools

If and to the extent the app enables access to third party tools, you understand that such access is provided ”as is” and without any warranties, representations or endorsement. Except as otherwise provided in these terms, Sunee accepts no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

9. Third party links

If and to the extent the app contains links to third party websites, you understand that these sites are not affiliated with Sunee and that Sunee is not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of materials contained on those sites. Such links are provided for guidance and general interest purposes only, and you must use your own judgment as to whether and to what extent you rely upon information accessible on those sites. You must pursue any queries or complaints about those sites with the relevant third party.

10. Subscription Service

Sunee app is free to download however ongoing use requires a subscription. Subscription is available through a month-to-month payment. Cancellations can be made through your profile on the Sunee website. Please note if you purchased your subscription through the App you will need to unsubscribe through your Apple Subscriptions or Google Play store. There is no refund offered for change of mind. If you elect to terminate early, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of your subscription except to the extent required under prevailing consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. Your subscription will automatically be renewed on the due date unless a cancellation is made. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your due date and can be made through your profile on the Sunee website before your payment is due. Upon cancellation of your Sunee Subscription, access to your Sunee account will be discontinued at the end of your paid subscription period. 11. Personal information

Any personal information acquired by Sunee as a consequence of your use of the app will be handled by Sunee in accordance with it’s privacy policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

We cannot guarantee that you use of our app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, nor do we warrant that any particular results will necessarily be achieved from your reliance upon the content. To the extent permitted by law, all content is provided “as is” and without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

13. Consumer guarantees

Part 3-2 of the Australian Consumer Law contains certain consumer guarantees which may apply to you and which cannot be excluded. Nevertheless, as and to the extent permitted by law, Sunee’s liability for a breach of such a guarantee is limited:

(a) in the case of goods, to any one of the following as determined by Sunee:

  1. (i)  the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or

  2. (ii)  the repair of the goods; or

(iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or

(iv) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
(b) in the case of services, to any one of the following as determined by

Sunee:

  1. (i)  the supplying of the services again; or

  2. (ii)  the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except as otherwise provided in these terms, Sunee has no liability (direct or indirect) for any loss sustained by you which arises out of your use of the app or your reliance upon the content.

15. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated, amended or changed by Sunee from time to time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such change. You are expected to periodically review this page to ensure that your understanding of these terms remains current.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed according to the law of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
