Easy Chickpea Hummus

  • Dairy Free

Ingredients

  • 1 can (425g) chickpeas (drained) 

  • 1Β½ Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • 1 Tbsp liquid from the chickpea can (aquafaba)

  • ΒΌ tsp pink salt



Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz until a thick consistency is achieved

  2. Enjoy with carrot sticks, celery sticks, gluten free crackers, corn chips or even on top of a salad!
