Ingredients
1 can (425g) chickpeas (drained)
1Β½ Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp liquid from the chickpea can (aquafaba)
ΒΌ tsp pink salt
Method
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor and blitz until a thick consistency is achieved
Enjoy with carrot sticks, celery sticks, gluten free crackers, corn chips or even on top of a salad!
