Afternoon HIIT Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Tbsp choc protein powder*
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
½ cup ice
1 espresso shot
½ cup almond milk
1 medjool date (pitted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maca powder
Suggested Topping 1 tsp cacao nibs
Method
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth
Pour into your favourite glass or shaker and top with cacao nibs!
