Shredded Chicken Rainbow Sandwich

Ingredients

  • shredded paprika & cumin chicken

  • tomato (sliced)

  • beetroot (sliced)

    iceberg lettuce (sliced)

  • golden turmeric mayo (or mayo of your choice)

  • gluten-free bread (or bread of your choice)


Method

  1. Prepare Paprika & Cumin Shredded Chicken and allow to cool

  2. Toast two slices of your choice of bread

  3. Then layer the toast with Golden Turmeric Mayo (or Mayo of your choice) and add the remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
